Visit any bmobile store with the following:
- 1 form of National ID
- Utility Bill in your Name
- Advance Payment (amount depends on the plan you choose)
Here’s what you’ll need to do to sign up for your Unlimited Plan!
Visit any bmobile Retail Store with the following:
- One form of valid national ID. The following are accepted:
- Drivers’ permit,
- National ID Card or
- Passport
(Expired forms of these means of identification cannot be used.)
- Recent Proof of Address (not older than 3 months) – A utility bill in the applicant’s name. The following may be submitted: Utility Bills – TSTT, T&TEC, WASA. Where the utility bill is not in the applicant’s name, a letter of authorization from the owner of the utility bill and a copy of the owner’s ID must also be submitted.
If you can’t provide a Utility Bill, you may submit a Bank Statement/Credit Card Statement in your from one of the following institutions: FCB, RBL, RBTT, Scotia Bank
- Advance Payment – An advance payment of the pre-VAT value of the plan for which you are signing up is required. This payment will be credited on your first bill.
All customers signing up for postpaid service are required to sign a contract with a minimum service period of 24 months.[/cq_vc_modal]
