The Prepaid Tourist Sim provides mobile service to customers who are visiting Trinidad & Tobago for a short period of time. The SIM comes in three (3) denominations and is pre-loaded with a combination of Unlimited bmobile Talk, Unlimited Global Text, Local Talk, International minutes and Data.

  • International mins allow calls to US, UK, Canada and the Caribbean
  • Any usage in excess of bundle quotas or outside of bundle categories will incur standard PAYG Rates.
  • Any usage outside of Trinidad and Tobago will incur standard roaming charges.

Where will the Tourist SIM be available for purchase?”]The Tourist SIM will be available at the bmobile Duty Free store, bmobile Hilton and other select Authorized Channel Partners and Hotels.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”4. How is the Sim card activated?”]The SIM card is activated by first call activation. The customer simply has to make a call to any mobile number to activate the SIM and the associated pre-loaded bundles.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”5. How long will the bundles be valid?”]The bundles will be valid for either 14 days or 30 days from the date of activation, this is dependent on the SIM card denomination that is purchased.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”6. How will the customer know when the bundles expire?”]The customer will receive a pre-expiry message, 2 days before the bundle expires and another message upon expiration of the bundles.

No, the original bundle is not available for repurchase.

Yes, the customer can purchase any promotional plan on the *123# menu. Simply dial *123#, from the mobile phone.

How long will the SIM card be valid?”]The SIM card will expire 7 days after the bundle expires, unless a top up is added to the mobile number.[/cq_vc_accordion_item][cq_vc_accordion_item accordiontitle=”10. Will the customer be notified of the SIM card expiry?”]Yes, the customer will receive a pre expiry message immediately after expiry of the bundles.
